Everything we do at TVBCKids is rooted in Scripture. Our goal is teach kids to love God's word. We strive to help kids hide it deep in their hearts and to meditate on it day and night. We believe God's word is a lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path. Kids can understand the Bible and our volunteers are dedicated to helping kids understand the truths found inside the Bible.
As children grow up here at TVBC, we want them to have a strong foundation that is rooted deeply in Jesus Christ. Our prayer is that the things they learn about God go with them the rest of their lives and the continue to build upon a strong foundation of love and truth. This stage of life is so important as we help kids experience God and build their lives on Him.
One of the most important things kids learn in Kids ministry is to worship God. TVBCKids spend time learning to worship God through song and movement, through studying His word, and through how they live their lives. God is worthy of our worship and we put Him very first in our lives. (Matthew 22:37-39)
Building friendships is so important for kids. They learn through play and interaction. We provide lots of different events throughout the year for kids to spend time with their friends who also are learning to love Jesus. The steadfastness of the relationships around them help kids begin to understand the steadfast love of God
